If you decide to cancel a job interview, call ahead and give the hiring authority plenty of notice. If the location is nearby and you have a car problem, take a cab or get a ride. Don’t use the “car problem” as an excuse not to go…………it’s the oldest excuse in the book and you have an outdated manual.
